Default si swap not working

anyone here have any ideas i wired the ecu according to the helms manuel and the dx to zc instructions, i put a 89 crx si motor in a 90 dx... wired all up, but car will not start, it cracks, any ideas? ignition coil is new, cap is good, rotor is good, fuel is their,, but no spark... anyone in nj that could come down and help or fix it i got $$ for anyone who can help

Try to put a few ground straps on the engine. I had the same problem at 1st. This corrected it.

I had the same problem with my ZC swap (Identical) and there are two "white" wires in the distributor plug. They ae different gauge (size) be sure they are small to small and large to large. Have you checked for spark?

no i havnt tried siwtching the white wires on the dist,... i think the grounds are good,,, their no spark at all

where are you checking for fuel, because the fuel line (from the fuel filter to fuel rail) of the dx and si are different, you might want to look at that

Definately check out the dizzy really well, when I did my mpfi swap, the dizzy i got had a bad ignitor, (the ignitor, coil, cap, and rotor from your DX dizzy will work in the Si dizzy) also it's a common probem in our dizzys for the wires conecting to the ignitor to be loose, make sure they're good and tight.

also, like somebody said above, take a good look at the wiring of the dizzy plug. At one time, those white wires had different color stripes, but honda didn't use very good paint (dye?) to make those stripes, so with most cars, they all faded off.

as for the fuel question, i am already running the crx si hose,, i know for a fact fuel is going through it cuz at first it was leaking then i tighted it down again and its good no leaks, gonnachcek out the dizzy otmmorow
