http://www.comptechusa.com is pretty much your only bet unless you want a championship white one from the dealer that is almost $400.

I think tornactive is doing a groupbuy on Mugen style lips in the Best Buys forum. I believe with shipping, the total cost is about $140.

www.autocarparts.com has the Comptech ITR lip for about 230$. That's with shipping included.

Comptech or OEM. Perfect fit. Anything else, IMO, has the potential to be crap.
You might be able to get an OEM lip from Radley Acura, in Virginia. Take a look at the dealer search on acura.com to find their site/number.
