Default Way OT: Eastcoast/S.E. people specific. Going price for '92-'95 Civic (3dr, 4dr)??

Way OT. The only way it's relevant to this forum is that I am selling my current beater and need a Civic.

What is the going rate (fair market value) for '92-'95 Civics (3dr, 4dr)?

More specifically, I am not looking for a hybrid project car. I need one that runs with 100k-150k mi.

Also, does anyone have any leads? I can't believe how much people are marking up these cars now... even at mom-n-pop car dealerships.

I just need an easy-to-work-on, cheap, reliable transportation. My '93 Mitsu has served me good, but I can't find any parts if I need to work on it.

A guy up here has a hatch SI that has a new paint job (Cheap) and 200k+ miles that runs pretty well for $2000-$2500.
