One of the techs at my work swears by AEM Nissan OEM Replacement pads. I believe they're a notch up from regular oem pads in the performance field.

Depends on what you're running on the front, and for what purpose.

still oem pads up front, will probably replace those soon, if not at the same time.

mostly street use with some track days in the summers

Track only: Blues up front, Blue material pads in back (from carbotech if andie doesn't mold blue material yet..)

street: axxis ultimates from andie (mention ITRCA/Expo3) all around.

-Dave, who knows from experience that rear pads make a huge difference.

I heard from a tech that the AEM pads aren't worth the money over the OE pads. (both are pretty damned expensive anyway).

And BTW, they're NISSIN

How do axxis ultimates compare to stock pads in terms of wear, bite and grip? Im looking to replace my stock pads/rotors (60k original miles on both) in the spring.

I agree, and costumer service was outstanding Tell them you are a honda-tech member, and they give you some sort of discount too.
