Sparco seats and factory seat belts....
I did a search and found a little bit of info, but I need more.
How do I actually bolt on the female piece of the seat belt buckle on to the seat bracket? Do I have to buy another piece? What other ways are there?

you'll have to custom fabricate a piece of metal. just bend it into an l-bracket and drill two holes, one on each end... one into the rail and one for the female seat belt buckle
