Default HyTech SMS controversy or Jerry Springer?

Well boys, now its time to let the cat out of the bag. SurferX has caught on to what is really happening. So before more of you figure it out I might as well confess, before someone kills me over this controversy.
You can call it marketing or hype or whatever, but everytime I posted and stirred the pot the hits just kept on coming and coming and coming! Nothing like a good fight to draw the crowds. So I needed to be convincing to keep up the charade. And most of you bought it hook line and sinker. Nobody knew what was really happening. With every post I needed to mix in a little truth with the hype to make it convincing. Untill SurferX figured it out. He thought the last post was a little to much. He put two and two together and well now its over. I'll probably be banded from posting because of my little charade. I sure had fun reading all the posts, and it was worth it. Some of you guys are a little to much into this stuff. Heck, we only build pipes not run the world.
I was amazed how many people could be fooled into to thinking that all of this was true. The wilder it got the more people believed it was for real. Then I got to thinking, that truth was only perception and not real truth. And that is a problem. This should be a lesson in finding out was is true and what is not. Not simply jumping on the band wagon like everyone else. But to do your own research into what is real and what is not.
The people on this board that know me personally like SurferX. Know the kind of person I am and the way I run my business. While most of you thought I was the guy from hell. Which is not true by the way. If any of you took the time to call me or e-mail me would have found that out.
So for the record, the charade is up, I had some real fun while it lasted. But like all things this to must end. And in light of the world events and the possibilities of war and the hatetred that is spurs. That there doesn't need to be more hatetred stirred up on this board, real or not. As for SMS I hardly know Dave, but I did PM him to tell him it wasn't personal and that if he knew what I was doing he might not have been convincing. I also told him that there is enough work out there for everyone. And because of me he has benefited by all of this, willing or not. "There is also no such thing as bad advertisement." So, I don't really hate Dave, like I said, I don't even know him. He seems to build some okay stuff.
Well, it was fun while it lasted, and thanks for all the insults, some of them were pretty good and very funny. And it was rather entertaining while it lasted. But life goes on and the controversy is over. Some of you might laugh over this and some may not. Its like the WWF, it's just a show!

Why do you choose to insult other people and write it off as a joke?

I will agree that the people on the board ignite a lot of controversy, but you seem to pour gas on the fire.

So what is the truth and is not? Does that mean I can email you with every post you have written, and you can tell me if it has any validaty to it?

Why not post what you feel as the truth, then back it up with tech. data?

I must say that when I visited John's shop at the beginning of 2002, I was treated with courtesy and respect.

I always found it hard to believe that this was the same man that was so hated on this message board.

*shrugs*

Honestly, you guys have to admit you put on the majority of the show. Out of all those stupid multi-page arguments of SMSP vs HyTech, how many responses did either John or Dave even make? Neither of them were even involved in some of them.

I spent 2 minutes laughing my *** off after hearing about this. Much love for John and Dave, both of them make some killer exhaust products for us

Controversy sells...I'm from the music industry, so it's not foreign to me.

I dig the competition personally, it keeps everyone on the top of their game.

Well, both yours and Daves posts have always been interesting to read and talk about. Honestly, if you guys dislike each other, oh well. If you two have been secretly working with each other stiring up the hornets nest, for added publicity and sales, I say congrats. You thought of a unique and effective way at boosting sales, and that's how you succeed in business. I enjoyed the honda-tech soap opera, and yes I do also watch and like the WWE (fomerly the WWF)

Anyone who can bend metal and charge $1200+ a pop gets respect from me.

Well, myself and a few others decided to get together and test both of your headers, They will be tuned on the same ITR on the same day. The findings will be posted.

The biggest thing I saw was how everyone jumps on the HT bandwagon when it comes to parts.

You can call it marketing or hype or whatever, but everytime I posted and stirred the pot the hits just kept on coming and coming and coming!

You are a complete monster. I sincerely hope that you get some kind of psychiatric help before it's too late.

You have the unmitigated audacity to suggest that this was marketing hype? What did you get out of it? Are you going to pretend you got any orders out of this?

You can't possibly have received any business from this.

The people on this board that know me personally like SurferX. Know the kind of person I am and the way I run my business.

All we know is what you went out of the way to show us, which is rudeness, stupidity and ill considered public legal ploys.

I think I know what really happened.

I think you got caught in complete, utter fallacies and found yourself in danger, and this is all you can think of to try to save the 15% of Honda Tech that might even consider buying something from you after those tirades and accusations.

If any of you took the time to call me or e-mail me would have found that out.

You come here and prove that you're a complete, utter monster, but we are supposed to take the time to get to know you personally so we can find out differently?

Man. You really need help.

This was not a marketing ploy. You are just an idiot. In one of the locked threads, you expressed surprise that David kept the correspondence that he kept. If you persist in this ridiculous faerie story, then you really have to assume that the information you've given people, which information directly contradicts what you're saying here, will not remain a secret.

I suggest you stop playing this game. I suggest you apologise. I suggest you come back another day with a different attitude, because your current attitude is not one that we're going to put up with for much longer.

If a psychologist reads between the lines of what you typed, he can see that you're really saying, "Oh, my god. I take it all back and I'm sorry."

I was amazed how many people could be fooled into to thinking that all of this was true.

One of the people who was fooled was David Stadulis/SMS Products. He is every bit as horrified and puzzled as the rest of us.

Get help, man. Get help.
im with george,, wheres that bs flag..
