It's just environmental fallout. It occurs to all cars, but it's most noticable on White.

I have a 2000 Honda Prelude that is Premium White Pearl as well. I also get tons of tiny browninsh-red speckles that accumulate on my paint - mainly on the hood, roof, trunk, and back bumper. Washing normally will not remove the specks, but Mother's claybar will get it right off. I always make sure to keep several coats of wax on the car to make removing the specks easier as well.

its from your car being on a train to get shipped from where ever to where you live. Its very common. Its from the sparks that embeed themself in the paint and then theather makes them turn into rust

Try the Mother's claybar system. They will come right off. ...And then re-appear 2 weeks later. Ah, the joys of owning a white car.

our dealership dubs it "rail dust". you can try fallout remover - spray it on your car and let it sit then wash it off w/ soap and water. but as others posted ur best bet is the claybar.
