hey wussup....i just bought a 96 civic dx hb from some guy with good mileage and i was wondering wats the first thing i should modify to mah car....right now everythings stock so i was thinking intake? or drop mah car first? i dunno helop me

 

the first thing to do is ask questions in the proper forums. the EG/ EK forum can give you better specific advice, we in the EF forum prefer 88-91's. my suggestion is to get a set of springs matched to upgraded struts. this will get you on your way to better handling. as for an intake, header, or exhaust, don't waste your time with anything that is specific to the DX motor. it sucks. if you feel that a motor swap is in your future, then by all means, get a 2.5" exhaust with as little restriction as possible. this will be overkill on the stock motor, but will just right for something worthy, such as a B series motor.
