i Spotted A CW ITR With What Looked Like Black Wheels Following A Red Turbo Eclipse With The High Wing. It Was On Swann Ave. Looked Pretty Stock.

hmm dunno who that would have been.. but I rarely go to tampa anymore.. paul's 98 used to be in that area but had CW wheels last time I saw it.

I really can't think of a CW in the area with black wheels though. PY yes, but don't recall any CWs with black wheels.

I was going to say that Scott doesn't have black wheels. Nate has GM ITR wheels and is wingless (and he would have no reason to be in that area..)
