at approx 8:30pm on Jan 24th, 2003 my father was leaving his store and getting into his work car in the Bronx on the corner of Bainbridge Ave and Rouchambeaux Street.

Two men attempted to rob him at gunpoint, and when he resisted they shot him in the chest, and stole the car. My father died shortly - he was shot directly in the heart.

hey man, its sad to hear things like to this, and how people lose their lives over such stupid reasons, even though i dont live in/at or around NY, bump for this thread, cause its important, and also best luck for the waseem and the family..i give my condolences..
