Default Did i order the wrong fittings for my paxton FPR or what??? this sucks...

my intentions were to reduce the size from -10an to -6... and the fitting hits the bottom when it's screwed in making it like a plug... plus the fitting doesn't even finish screwing in before it hits the bottom.... please help!

edit: copy and paste this link for the instructions that came with the FPR http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...b.jpg.orig.jpg

you need to add a big rubber O-ring at the end of the fitting so it doesnt bottom out. You also need this to help it seal as well.

You need to cut off the end of those AN fittings. Cut it just before where the threads start.

Exactly, you need to cut a little off the big end. Normally AN fittings seal on the 37 deg. angle at the end, but in this situation it seals with the oring. Cut it and install an oring. Everything will work fine.
