grounding wires on 93 accord

I'm wondering if this is good or worthless? Is it possible to do it yourself or is it something to best buy a kit for?

i have one for sale 30 bucks....i dont know if it does anything....all i knwo is im poor and i need a new clutch....

they do work..not like adding 1 hp or somthing but tiny bit better on electronic system.
why buy it when you can go to audio store and have them to make you one for less? 1guage wooo woooo

cuse audio store isnt pretty....and doesnt have the thign to conenct it to the negitive batery terminal...other than that....its worthless....
