i currently have a b16 with the stock exhaust manifold. exhaust is custom with no cat.

I will be upgrading to a b18c in 2 months.

If i use a jdm 4-1, will it bolt to my current exhaust?
If i use a usdm mugen 4-1, will it bolt to my current exhaust?

If the B18 is going into the same car it should bolt up to your exhaust. The only time I had a problem with that was swaping a B18 into a 95 Civic DX. The header was about 12 inches away form the cat.

 

doesn't the jdm 4-1 header have a weird flange on the end or something?

or are the end flanges for all b-series headers the same?

The JDM 4 into 1 has a 2-1/2" collector which requires a larger header to cat flange. Most exhaust shops can fab. Could go custom.
