im looking to get a typeR cluster but i dont know if it will fit or not cause it looks like it will but im not sure... if you have seen this done please let me know and if u have any picutures that will help too... if i do this swap do i need the typeR wiring to make it work or can i use the stock civic's... lemme know

 

i have seen gsr clusters in eg's so i think the type r cluster will work but i don't know how they plug it up i think you just have to rewire it up to your plugs get a type r helms and your car helms and compare the wiring

 

if you will need to rewire it...which is inst that bad....but the worst part is that you will need to make it fit..meaning the bezel (plastic part(clear over the cluster) will need to be swapped out from your EG to ITR....custom brackets to hold it in place (nothing special, just some aluminium tabs..)
bondo/super glue to hold it all together...

i know of only one person who has done it and looks like a oem gauge...read it on hybrid honda....find out from there.....belive it was jeff.....
