Who makes a cheap bolt on HIgh Flow cat
You can get a carsound free flow cat from http://www.mufflertech.com A few of my friends bought cats from them and were very satisfied with their customer service and what they received. Bolt-in cats are $90 and universal weld-in cats are $60.
i gotta say i got my Catco Hi FLow Cat with a 2.25 in/outlet for $68 shipped to my door... universal fit but this one its guarantee and fits our car
i called them, they told me that for an EF the perfect cat its the 6905R.. its 2.25in/out and 12.75 long its a great cat

I bought a Ractive one, and was shocked when my car passed its emissions test by less than half of the maximum requirements at most. (Ontario Drive Clean)
Cheap too, I think it was $115 CAD (Like $60-70 U.S.)... Bolted up like a champ, and actually looks really good.
Performance wise I didn't notice anything seat of the pants... But gained 2 hp on the bottom end on dyno.
Pretty good for just a cat.
