I have two A6s, one is in my car and it's complely stock, the other is on a stand. The one on the stand will be sleeved and built over the course of this spring and early summer. My goal for the stock block is 200 WHP, for the built block 400 WHP. I'll post pics when i have a chance to borrow a digital camera.
Equal length doesnt matter to me. That manifold will flow plenty.

Your plans are pretty much the same as mine. Only I'm utilizing 2 ZC's. I have a stock internal ZC in my CRX right now, and I am currently building up another ZC.
I hope to see lots of updates on your project....

Actually, as long as all runners are within 6" of length of each other, it is for all practical purposes equal length or considered near equal length and will not effect spool up or flow or Horsepower. Computer simulation programs as well as dyno's have shown no significant difference in spool up or HP, AS LONG as all runners are within 6" of total length of each other , much more importent in determing HP and spool is overall length, properly merged collector design and tubing diameter. Burns stainless (www.burnsstainless.com) has a great computer program to determine optimum header diameter, length, collector style etc. give them a call or check out their website, very useful information on their site.
The reason why you have 6" of margin in length is because exhaust pulses travel at near supersonic speeds and as such, all arrive within a few thousands of a second at the collocter area and subsequently the do not affect spool as they arrive at essentially the same time(at least not enough for the turbo to know) Going beyond 6" starts to effect spool and scavenging of the cylinders, but on turbo systems its not near as important as on N/A.
All runners on this particular manifold I am designing are all within a few inches of each other...
