Default What kind of internals needed for LS/VTEC?

I am going to do a b16 swap on my LS motor to make it the LS/Vtec. I was wondering will I have to use the piston, rods, pins, valve springs and retainers and the crank from the B16 and put those on the LS bottom or do I keep the internals from the LS?

I would recoomend getting some Eagle rods. The LS/VTEC has a higher compression than the stock internals for the LS were designed for. I my friend used stock internals on his and ended up putting a rod though his block.
