2002 coupe door panel removal
Hey guys, trying to help a friend out with his EX coupe. I need to get both door panels off for his sterio - can someone help me on this ? I've taken two screws off, one in the door handle hole and one behind the small handle to open the door. Pulled the panel away from the door and lifted up over the window sill but something still is holding on. Can anyone help me ? Even a link to somewhere would help, I tried searching but nothing on this generation accord. I'm guessing something to do with the bar that travels from the door handle to the lock mechanics -
Thanks in advance !

pull the opening lever mechanism out of the panel, kinda slides forward and out. there is a rod that goes from the latch to the lever. you've got to undo it, and remove the lever mechanism. I forget exactly how it comes apart, but it's pretty obvious when you see it.
there are also a bunch of wires plugged in for the widows and locks, but you've got to have the panel separated from the door to really get to them

Thanks allot man, I thought it had something to do with that area from what I've seen on other cars but didn't want to break anything before sure of it.
