I found it. It's really in strange place where the bolt is. It's in a different angle from what the Crutchfield instructions said it would be. Stick your fingers in between the bottom seat cushion and side bolster, with the palm side in. Then curl your fingers up and there is is!. It's just like ....... well, you know 
If would be best to best to get someone to help because the space is very tight to pry open, and may hard to get to the bolt with the socket wrench. I have not done it yet, but I can already see a problems with either the bolt coming off after you untighten it and fall deep in there, or the socket coming off the wrench as you pull out from there.
I'm ready for my speaker installation. Finally! Now I just have to buy the speakers.
