1st gen b16a Timing belt.

i thinking i can buy a 1st gen b16a for 1200 and a b18b block for 700 so i should spend about 2K good deal ? im a broke college student who wants a ls vtec bad *** hell..
please let me know will every thing bolt up nicely?

heres a question , i want 2 get a apex N1 with a full cat back on my 94 hatch . i have a d16 motor init rite now. i am planning on getting a ls swap this summer, if i get the N1 right now will the N1 bolt up to the LS this summer???
