The only thing you need besides the bar is the 23mm rubber bushings. Everthing else from the 22mm is reused.

The JDM Sway bar comes with 23mm bushings. All the rest of the hardware is reused. I am not sure how easely 22mm bushing would fit over the 23mm bar but I think it could be done.
