quick release steering wheel hubs?

I saw these once and just wondering if anyone can post up some info on them ....seems like a great way to prevent theft.

I like a lot. Pretty ok for the price and doesn`t move the steering wheel closer to you.

Can you use momo/sparco wheels with it or just technik(sp?)??
