Car Clubs
i kno im a noobie, newbe or w/e... and i'll prolly get flamed by those haters out thur. but my friends and i are thinking of starting a club around the Salisbury, MD... if anyone is interested, or has any ideas on names im me at the same sn as my user name on here, im usually on every weeknite- weekends im in the garage or racin 
but, even tho im 16, and have a lil ricer in me... i'd like to keep this club respectable- no ugly *** body kits, no rims bigger than 16s, no mazdaspeed logos on hondas and vica versa, and noo heavy systems or anything else... im not makin it extremely strict or "jdm-only" and exceptions can be made for all of the above. mostly we are a group of 4 friends who have been building hondas since we were 14 and would like to have some organization when we go to shows, races, or just cruisin at cruise ins....

wait...your only 16 and you want to organize a car club?? I guess you can do anything if you put your mind to it and have friends who wanna do it too.

Ahem.
Car clubs tend to become a problem more than anything else. You end up with a sticker on your car, that directly connects you to a bunch of people that you cannot control.
I.E. one guy with SWH sticker robs a bank, and all the cops are looking for SWH stickers everywhere.
That is an extreme example, but you get the idea.
I like the way my situation is, i used to be in one of the biggest clubs in GA, team climax. It was awsome. Eventually it died, but the Climax name was famous.
Now, I still hang with almost all of the same people, occasionally go to shows, etc, but nobody gets pissed when somebody can't make it, or doesn't pay dues, etc.
A lot of the local stunnaz know not to mess with me, and the people that I ride with, just because of who we are. Sometimes you can make a bigger statement and show off your group mentality better by not being in a club at all.
