yesterday i bought a spoon header for $250 cdn needs minor repair,
but i was wondering if the spoon header has some kind of way to verify if indeed
it is! a spoon header. i would post some pics but i dont have any, so i was hoping
that someone could post one so i can compare

excuse my ignorance but will it matter if i use the spoon header with my 5zigen exaust??

 

you'll need to replace your cat as the spoon is longer then your stock header.

 

ok! one more question guys.
is it possible to repair a header that has been dented?
one mechaniqe i spoke to said that he would remove the dented part and weld on a new one, is that possible? and if so is it safe?
if any of you have had a header repaired i would like to hear from you

Yes it is possible....... However it will never be quite as good as before. This is mostly due to the fact that you just can't get inside to clean-up the welds. So there is a slight flow probs, But I think you'd need a Dyno to see the difference.

if i loose a bit of performance i dont mind i only payed $250 for it
as long as it will give me better flow than stock!!
