Default AEM /timing on ZC HELP!

I had one of the bolts fall out about a week ago. The bolt fell directly on the belt and completly stopped the engine from turning. I got it back home and put a new belt on...then I looked and something did not seem right. The measuring marks are supposed to be lined up( facing each other) not the two plain (single line) marks correct? I havent started my car because i dont want to damage anything. If anyone has had this problem please let me know. I have been without my car for a week and Im hurtin. i havent taken the actuall gears off so if the the gear slid the length of the adjusting hole(exhaust side) it should be ok correct?

One other thing I got it cyl#1 @ tdc and installed, but then I turned it by hand about three times and thats when nothing really lined up.

Any help would be appreciated.
