94-01 Teg brakes will fit as a swap on to a 92-00 Civic. There's a lot of parts you need for the swap though. Be sure to get everything.
I just got a 99 Civic Si rear disc brake swap on my 93 CX. My shop made sure I got everything for it.
Pending condition, expect to pay $150-$400 for the swap. Then add labor.
