Default $2000 to blow need options

heres a plan: DC JDM header, SMSP cat, CF hood, CM Stage 3 w/ flywheel OR invest elsewhere (options wanted PlEaSe)

The big question is: If I ran a 14.8 with just an intake is it possible that i can hit 13s (have 5zigen fireball exhaust now too)...will a clutch, flywheel, and header make up .8 seconds? (I know stupid question but have to ask)

Buy oem-replacement parts, such as head or LSD/tranny.
You might need them someday.

Serious.

imho if your goal is to own in the 1/4,

you can do it with the 2000 extra.

i'd sell your R, and get a LT1 with the cash.

I wouldn't worry about the hood. Get some bolt ons and do some tuning.

short and sweet. no u wont hit 13s with that setup.

if you are a drag *****, get some slicks and a few mods and you will be closer to 13s then just getting a few bolt ons.

or, do as the **** said, and get a RWD car with a big motor.

You can hit 13's with a header and a intake with slicks. I did consistantly.

I recommend Spoon calipers, track pads, and a bucket.

You can hit 13's easily with 2 grand. Go buy some nitrous, header, and tune it. With the extra money us it for maintanence purposes.

clutch/flywheel/cf hood won't make a difference, header/cat will help.. .8 secods... probably not - but can you hit 13's with these, - its been done, so its possible

heres a plan: DC JDM header, SMSP cat, CF hood, CM Stage 3 w/ flywheel OR invest elsewhere (options wanted PlEaSe)
