Here's the catch- salvage title. The owner says the car was hit on the driver's side and although the frame wasn't damaged the damages were more than the insurance company wanted to cover. I'm going to use it as a commuter only for a couple years, with the plan of making it a project car afterwards- so resale isn't really an issue. Here's the pics:







I'm going to check it out personally, but if the frame checks out okay and the engine is strong like he says, should I jump on this? Thanks

Even 1500 for a salvage CRX Si is a good deal, if its in the condition that I believe it is. Just check the frame, if its straight go for it. Good Luck

The hood missalign was prolly cause by the dent on passengers side front of hood.

That is a crzy deal on a very clean car. Pick it up for sure

Same here, except I talked the owner down to 1200. 89 DX with no salvage title and it just needed a little bit of touch up paint.

 

hell yea i'd jump on that. as long as the motor is decently strong and it doesnt have any rust i'd get if for sure. that price is awesome!

 

Wow, thats a nice deal. I got a good deal like that too!! I bought my 89 civic with for $250 because it was crashed but it barely had any damage... just a new hood and fenders! but i would go for it if i were you!
