Default Emissions with MPFI swap

I'm curious as to the emissions of a DX 1.5L D15B2 engine with a MPFI intake and distrib, running a CRX Si computer. Wouldn't the emissions be worse, as less air is being taken into the chamber per intake stroke for the same amount of fuel injected, causing a slightly rich condition?

Thoughts please
