Worn Rotor?

Default Worn Rotor?

How can i tell if the rotor on my 97 civic ex is worn and needs to be replaced, i needed a new cap and got a rotor 2 and the damn screw is impossible to get out of it , its in such a strange place, but im wondering how do i make sure i need to replace it?

stop being so damn cheap. its only $7 for a new rotor, if it doesnt look worn just replace it with a new one to be shure. its a good thing to replace it every 30-35K miles

....tire balance and new rotors/pads.
