Default APEXi N1 damper question..

does anyone know if APEXi USA services their products?
i looked on their site and could not find a phone number for their US office.
there website says:
"The shock absorber is a gas-charged, short-case, short-stroke, monotube design that can be fine-tuned with its 13-step ride adjustment settings. With the proper equipment and technical knowledge, the dampers can be disassembled, revalved and rebuilt to suit the requirements of hardcore suspension gurus. "

doesnt tell me much.....
thanks

Apexi USA is has really poor customer service. I called them over 10 times and everytime, the machine will pick up. Left numerous msgs with no feedback. Finally one day, i called and got a hold of someone and they were in a rush to get me off the phone. Their products are good but customer service is .

There is a person on this board who has had his N1's serviced.
I spoke with a Apex'i rep in Japan and he confirmed that Apex'i USA have the facilities and technicians to do it.
