CBR954RR or R1
I'm sorry if this has been asked before as I have tried to search but couldn't find a topic about it..
But my question is which bike is a better bike all around and why. I hear stories about the r1's clutch problem or something to that affect. I am currently leaning towards the 954rr just cause I like the paint scheme more of the 2.
If you have or know anybody that owns one of these 2 bikes could you please share any info on them, thanks

This topic is like one of those things:
Chevy or Ford??? Hmmmm...
In my opinion, it's all about what you're looking for. I heard that the 954RR is awesome when it comes to handling and braking, but lacks power that other liter bikes have. On the other hand, the R1 is beefy in power plus light in weight, but has some problems when it comes to steering (head shaker). I've been thinking about purchasing one of the two, and after some research, I think I'm leaning toward the Honda for all around performance, and Honda reliability.

On an open class bike there is really not much difference because they are all good.
Besides, IMO, 90% of the people who have them cant ride them to the limits anyway. They crash doing stupid stuff on it because they cant ride.
The rest are just posers.... they go vroomm vroomm then park.
Get the bike that you feel will fit you. Check the ergonomics (or lack of it), then go for what you think feels right for you.
