Just wondering if the guys with F22B turbos could let me know a few things?

Specifically what spec turbo they are running, roughly where in the rev range it boosts what kind of power/times they are getting?

I am trying to decide what i should be running on my planned turbo setup and there isn't much experience with Honda turbos where i am.
