they must think that its good posture and its doing them good.
soo they just cope with it.

i used to roll around in a NEX non adjustable race seat, it wasnt that bad at all, just find a comfortable position and stay there, and if needed be, get out and stretch a little if your on an extended trip (2hrs or more).. but im also a big fellah, so theres not that many positions for me as there is for smaller people .
i have one in my car, its not bad. but i also dont have air conditioning and i live in az, so im not one for much comfort i guess.
Alloy bucket seat for me......only weighs 8lb
NOT the most comfortable seat but that's the sacrifice you make

I roll in my rally car with non adjustable seats. they are uncomfortable, but only because they aren't padded at all, really. It's hard plastic under there.
that, and I think it's on a little crooked, so it hurts my back if I drive for long distances. And because it holds me so tight, I have to take my wallet out for anything other than a short trip..
but I don't care, really.. I certainly would put them in my daily driver though. This is a snow/rainy weather car. My FD gets to stay nice and cozy in the garage.

i used to have sparco non adjustables in my crx a couple years ago....i think they actually felt pretty good. even on long trips they didnt become bothersome what so ever....
I had a non adjustable Sparco on the street and it wasn't to bad but the damn 5 point harnesses are the bitch.
I was a pasenger on a 4 hour road trip in a Spearco non adjustable, i was very suprized at how comfortable it was. Just make sure you get a seat with good lumbar suport.
I've had a Corbeau non-adjustable in my daily driver for three years now. Honestly, after that I hate regular seats. You feel like you're going to fall off. And the regular Honda seating position is a bit too golfcart-like.
It's all in the seat. Some seats are more comfortable and supportive than others. Sparco Rev fits me good. Couldn't be happier... then again even if I could... I couldn't afford it.

i have a sparco speed its pretty damn comfy for the driving i do i havnt taken any road trips in my car yet so i dont know about longer trips over 60 minutes but for what i drive i love it
I ride in a Corbeau Forza. My butt gets numb after about 45 minutes of driving, and people find it really difficult to climb in and out of my car, but it's bearable.
