What is a good web site to find a GSR transmission? I swear I can't find one for nothing. There is this one person in town that is selling the whole engine for 3000. The only thing i need is the tranny. I don't want the b16 trans because it goes through gears so fast.

 

Try the classifieds section. BTW, I don't think that the GSR tranny is geared all that much longer than a b16 tranny.

 

Passwordjdm.com in Southern California is good about parting out swap packages. They will sell you just the transmission if they have one. I bought just a B18C5 (complete engine, no transmission) from them just the other day - something that just about everybody else considers unthinkable.
