I remember, almost a year ago, a guy postet pics of this header work. He hostet the pics somewhere, but I can`t find them.

Maybe somebody can help ?

i dont mean to try and hijack the thread...but is there a way to get the bling back in the header by polishing like with that rotomatic or whatever with that crazy *** billy mays guy..or a dremel either one...i was thinking about making my header bling blingin again

OEM JDM 4-1 is not really stainless steel......
Well I believe it is actually a 400 series stainless steel, which will rust over time. 300 series stainless steel won't rust unless they sanded or brushed with tools that were used previously on mild steel. The tools will then deposit some of the mild steel shavings/dust in the minute grooves on the stainless and begin to rust.
