probably a freshly stolen one with joy riders who ran into somthing and just abandoned it. Or it could be the owner who did it. just so he could get a new car. LA people do that alot...i know a buddy who did it. Oh well he made sure he didnt hurt anyone but himself if anything happens so who cares.
