trying to install toda header and we ran into a problem with the header clearance.
we cant get the header past the block and fan????
what to do

 

angle it right... it'll go through. make sure you take off your rock gaurd underneath.

 

we have tried every angle and we still cant get it work??

 

did you take off the black rock gaurd underneath the car?

 

Why don't you remove the fan?

You could always pull the motor But something tells me pulling the fan will be easier.

 

whats so hard about pulling the fan? its what 4 10mm bolts and a plug? i think opening the hood and proping it open is more of an effort then pulling the fan..just pull the damn fan and stop wasting time talking on h-t then take some finished products so we can all pull at it and go to sleep
