Dash and tail light not working on a 1990 accord
check fuses that might be a problem. i had a blown fuse once. and it made all the lights that come on with the headlights stop working so basically the rear tailights that come on with the headlights and all the dash lights didn't work. try the fuse first after that i don't know
Fuses and bulbs. If your taillight bulbs are burned out, your instrument cluster will lose it's light as an indicator to you that your taillights are gone.
That happened on mine and it was because the headlight switch went bad. The headlights still worked fine, but it was in the first 'click', which is for the parking lights, because that's the one that activates the dash lights, sidemarkers, and taillights. Replaced the whole column combo swith a junkyard one for $20 and they've worked perfectly.
