Default my new ground control coilovers

finally got my ground control coilovers for my 90 crx si. does the install of these coilovers differ from any other spring install? i have an h&r race spring/koni yellow shock setup on my car right now, and i will reuse the koni yellow shocks. i ordered the koni adapter kit as well. what does this adapter kit look like and how do i install it? will i be using the same perch that came with the koni yellows?

is there a tool to adjust the height?

thanks

once you get all the parts it will make sense. you didnt get a tool to adjust the sleeves with the coilovers? you should have.

you just use an allen key to loosen the collar then use your hand to adjust it. What spring rates did you get?

Will it ride smoother with those rates? Im considering the GC's to replace my HR race springs. Do the GC's lower further than race springs??
