Default Comptech header w/ B16

Which one would I order? 99 Si, 94-99 GSR? Or will I have to mod the cat no matter which one I get. Has anyone put this on w/o an aftermarket crossmember, just bang it in? Thanks.

Go with the 99-00 si header. They say all b-series headers will fit the same, but why not just get one that was made for the same engine.

EM1 Comptech 4-2-1 Header with a HCP mount kit:

No grinding, banging or swearing. You do have to remove the crossmember to install it though. Well worth the money

Count Blah. Thats one of the nicest engine compartments I've seen. Is that the mig or tig welded header, I like the bronzish color it has. Also where did you get those radiator hoses, very nice.

DO NOT buy a gsr header, mine ******* scrapes like whoa...
get a b16a (b16a are about 10mm shorter blocks than gsr) and get some one to weld u two o2 bungs on the 2 y parts of the header...

Thats a pretty tight fit. I think I'm going with that same setup, did you us a highflow cat or custom pipe? Does it sit in the stock position of the exhaust manifold?

Feel's chipped (removes the 2ndary 02) PR3 with primary 02 in the stock comptech header location (right before the cat, where the stock obd2 O2 is)
