did you not read the question. it should be a 4 wire but it has a 1 wire with obd1 plug only the obd0 were i wire and cx

that looks like a JDM D15B or ZC sohc vtec or ZC DOHC exhaust manifold. 4-2-1 type, nothing new
just to let you know in JDM land all OBDI sohc/dohc/sohc vtecs d-series had one wire/single 02 sensors, it works with the P08/P71/P91 ECU
