it all depends on the price you're getting it for?

think if you get a used ITR tranny and want to do 4.785 FD its going to cost you about $400 parts + work

so you're looking at a used tranny for around $1400-1800, while a Spoon is $1800 for the 4.785FD version, its also brand new

I think it's a pretty good price considering that it's brand new and has the 4.7FD.
How much does a new ITR tranny go for from the dealer?

People hate thieves on this site. Including me.

While it may be easy to find a stolen Type R tranny, it's just as easy to find someone who would kick the **** out of you for stealing it. Just post about it here on H-T.

i dont like thieves either but once a car is stolen and disembled and sold off you dont even know if the parts ure getting are legit especialy over here by NYC.

I mean at Hunts Point half the cars there roll on stolen parts.

Hoods get popped all the time and the block # is ran and the engine is stolen but peopl think they are getting a good deal but its always better to buy legit.
