CRX's with H&R Sport Springs...who has them? (did search)
I just picked up a set of new H&R sport springs. Does anyone anyone have these on their CRX? How do you like them? Any pictures would be helpful too on the drop style.
I have them with Koni Yellows on my car. It can be stiff, but it's not bad most of the time. The CRX doesn't really ride that well even when its stock due to its short wheelbase. I have my shocks set at full soft and the Koni's are more than able to damp the spring. I think mine is lowered pretty good. It's just low enough not to need a camber kit (-1.8 front, -.9 rear) depending on how much you like to buy tires. If you align it to a conservative toe out setting front and zero toe rear, you should be fine if you rotate them often. I can email you some pics if you want. Let me know.

i have the H&R race springs on my prelude. I have a friend with the sports (a few actually) he's got them on his integra...he loves them. H&R is a very respectable brand....have fun...
i have h&r 2 inch drop springs for a gsr mated with oem delsol shocks, the springs are stupid stiff, (because they are meant for a heavier car) and i ******* love the way it drives, i just put them in a few days ago and its bad ***. only downside is the car is bouncy when u hit a lil bump its kind of a harsh ride but sticks to the ground and thats what is important.

I had HR sports for a while, they handled well but didnt lower much. You actually couldnt tell it was lowered until it was in motion. Then I switched to HR race springs, they lowered it a bit more. If your just going for a handling improvement, then go with the sport. But if you want a nice looking drop, go for the race springs. The ride isnt much more harsh between the two. Only downside to the race springs are that they usually require a camber kit and perf struts/shocks.
We're talking about Sports, not OE sports (at least I am). It seems like my car is lower than most with these springs. I have a little more than one finger gap in front and two fingers in back. I'm happy with it. My passenger side does sit slightly higher, though, don't know why.
Bro I have em on my hatch and i love em. My car sits about an 1 inch and 3/4 lower all the way around. I run them with tokico blues. They function very well, you made a wise choice.
