ok i have all the wiring ripped out of my civic (i have my reasons) but what i was thinking was to put an si interior harness and engine harness in instead of teh dx. i was wondering if that would work?

P.S. reason being. si comes with MPFI

 

lol you have your reaons, thats pretty funny. Anyways yes it should work, although you might have some extra connections and wires left over.

 

It would work. But it would not be easy. It is always MUCH easier to adapt your current harness that it is to try to make another one work.

 

Actually the 91 Si and DX tranis are very diffirent. Teh connectors dont match to alot of stuff. I had a fire that I decided to switch harnesses and could only find a DX harness. Got the Si out and ran the DX only to find out mutch of my stuff wouldnt plug up. Thats engine harness though...dont know about interior. Ive only owned Sis...three actually. Im still parting out this 88 Si too if you need anything.

 

alright so i guess ill convert the dx harness, and use the sock dx harness. thanks alot fellas
