since u guys praise Z10 and all their products id like to know why in the hell they dont answer their phone???? im only buying a $20 part but ****, ive left these idiots a message w/ my phone #. poor customer service and i havent even talked to them. for Z10.

 

Interesting, I have called there many times in the last few weeks and had somebody answer each time???? Are you sure you have the right number? I have also had nothing but great customer service so I will have to counter your thumbs down with a big for Z10
