i paid 800 for it. timing belt slipped. bad head. i gotta take some pics of the belt after i get it out. it looks almost brand new? bid ding on the hood is not a big deal...i'll get that done when warm weather comes. and no cancer on the fender? only rust on it is the wheels.
3 hondas i owned i made sure they had no rust...it's a must.
edit: front tire isnt leaning...just the angle?

its 4wd not awd, big dif. and besides they're easy to find as long as you don't limit yourself to one side of the country, and most people don't want them, so they're also pretty cheap...i got mine for $900US with 90k miles and in mint condition, no rust, full interior, just some faded paint.

a guy at work always was talking how he used to polish aluminum. he wouldnt shut up about how he could polish my valve cover out to a mirror finish...yatta yatta yatta...so i took him up on the offer. turns out he wasnt as good as he said he was, but the process is easy. i sandblasted the paint off (should have used a glass beader, but it was for fun) after all the paint is off take an orbital sander to it, use 120, 220 then 400 make sure there are no pits or it will look like ***. then get a 5k rmp buffing wheel and some compound n goto work. im sure the above "write up" could get way more technical. it was an afternoon i had off work and school
