Ported GSR t-body to ported ITR T-body, Is it worth it?

I currently have a GSR t-body that has been bored out by AEM.
If I switched to a bored out ITR t-body will I notice any power gains? gains in throttle response?

If you have not done any internal mods that is the most in gains you are going to get from a TB!
