Main Relay/ Electrical problems? Please help!!!!
Today my friends civic just died while idling and would not start or even kick after that. I was skeptical of the ecu since I could not get it to read any codes(the cel was stuck on) so I checked to see if the ecu was getting power. Pin 25 from the main relay(obd 1 pr4) which is supposed to read +12v had no power. I then tested the connections at the main relay and the white and yellow wire that is supposed to be always hot was dead. The blue and white one which is supposed to be hot in start was dead too. I traced the blue and white wire from the main relay back to fuse 2 in the fuse box and it is dead in the fuse box as well. All fuses were fine. I then jumpered both wire with +12v and the ecu had power and would act normal again. However it still would not run so I checked for spark and there is no spark either WTF!!! The big black and yellow wire at the distributor has power but I am not sure what else to check for on the distributor. I am really clueless on this one, my only guess is maybe the fusebox but I have a feeling its not that simple. Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated! TIA!

white/yellow wire at relay s/b hot all the time, why isn;t it ? were you able to trace to main fusebox ? sounds like you have a power issue at ecu and relay ... check ecu for power at ECU power pins ... check your GNDs as well.
If mem serves me right, wht/yel at relay and const power at ecu all share the same fuselink at box ...
