Default Blockguard or Posting??? Pros and Cons

I have a sleeved JDM ZC (D16A1) and like to give it as much strength as possible. It will be boosting up to 25 psi when completed. So i'd like to get opinions on whether a blockguard or posting the block would be better. Thanks

Posting is better since it allows coolant to flow to the head. Also note that cylinder movement does not always take place near the combustion chamber.
Heres an image of block posting:

What sleeves do you have, and who did the block prep?

Actually my block looks exactly like the one pictured above minus the posting. I got it from JG Engine Dynamics in Cali
